On June 30, 2022, NEW&NEW, a Korean company controlled by NEXTEYE, obtained the patent certificate for “Technology for Applying Proprietary Yeast Strains to Cosmetics”. This technology is currently applied by only a few cosmetics R&D companies worldwide, such as Christian Dior of France and P&G of the US. On July 19, 2023, the company received another patent certification for “Technology for Applying Microcurrent Pulses to Cosmetics”, issued by the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
